¿Qué significa para ti comprobar que minuto a minuto en todas partes del mundo alguien está escuchando tus grabaciones en alguna parte del mundo?

JDN:

Una enorme satisfacción y alivio, porque hubo muchas horas de desasosiego vividas, muchos sueños que se alejaban como estrellas inalcanzables, soledades,

pérdidas, fríos intensos, carencias de todo tipo, lágrimas en medio de emociones que nunca han cesado. Finalmente todo lo sufrido fue para dejar el alma en cada canción y andar el mundo con el amor desnudo y el corazón en la mano.

¿Tú crees que al público le interesan esas situaciones que, con frecuencia viven los artistas?

JDN:

No lo sé. Pero si he comprobado que andar por la vida de esa manera, lo convierte al ser humano en una presa para las bestias hambrientas de notoriedad de la que carecen. El público no es responsable de que exista la maldad en los medios. Pero debemos prevenirlo, insistir que lo que importa de un artista es su obra y nada más que su obra.

La maldad existe y es el trabajo de muchos programas que se divierten haciendo daño tratando de ser “noticia”. Y lo consiguen.

El desafío es defenderse de las fieras, tratando de no responder y seguir amando a quienes necesitan de nuestro humilde aporte en el fugaz paso por la vida.

Especialmente cuando nuestra obra está considerada como de buena calidad.

JDN :

What does it mean to you to see that minute by minute all over the world someone is listening to your recordings somewhere in the world?

JDN:

An enormous satisfaction and relief, because there have been many hours of unrest, many dreams that have receded like unreachable stars, loneliness,

losses, intense cold, shortages of all kinds, tears in the midst of emotions that have never ceased. Finally, all the suffering was to leave the soul in each song and to walk the world with love naked and the heart in the hand.

Do you think that the public is interested in these situations that artists often go through?

JDN:

I don't know. But I have seen that going through life in this way makes a human being a prey to beasts hungry for the notoriety they lack. The public is not responsible for the existence of evil in the media. But we must prevent it, insist that what matters about an artist is his work and nothing else but his work.

Evil exists and it is the work of many programmes that have fun doing harm trying to be "news". And they succeed.

The challenge is to defend ourselves from the wild beasts, trying not to respond and to continue loving those who need our humble contribution in the fleeting passage through life.

Especially when our work is considered to be of good quality.
